You know, it's Mexican food, not a snooty French restaurant in NYC. The salsa, green sauce and guacamole are as good as it gets. The portions on the dinners are so huge it's impossible for a normal person to eat it in one sitting. It's a family owned restaurant so the corporate generica is not there. If someone doesn't like it because it's only for "rich white people", they've really got some unnecessary grit under their saddle. I am not rich. I was delighted to receive a bill for $16.77 including tax for a whopping enormous bean burrito and a side of guacamole. I'm happy with the bill, the service and the food. There are a lot of styles of Mexican food. This is not corporate generica Mexican food. It's also not the New Mexico or Arizona style. It's just large size portions, humble, simple home style food served with courtesy.

Best Mexican food in Riverbank and best Margaritas too. Love the owners treat you like family.

Food was bland. Really expensive for what you get. Service was good though.

The food was excellent. I had the lunch special burrito with rice and beans and a glass of iced tea. The proportion was meager at best on the burrito plenty of rice and beans. Excellent Ice-T. Just way overpriced for the proportion.

Standard fare at a reasonable price. It's a family owned and has been in business for many years. You will enjoy the great customer service, and their cheery vibe.
